Reading Curriculum
For the 2012-2013 school year, we are transitioning to a new curriculum. Starting this year, we will be using Pearson. Pearson also incorporates a digital portion to the curriculum, which we are very excited about!
Math Curriculum
The math curriculum that we use in Kindergarten is Everyday Math. Everyday Math is hands-on approach to math using many classroom manipulatives. Some of the things we will work on in math this year are:
Patterns, number recognition, number writing, simple addition, counting to 100, counting by 10s, 5s, and 2s, money, shapes, and much more!
